Lake Gregory Property Management has been located in Crestline for over 30 years, and has one of the largest rental departments in the community. Our experience is extensive in full time and vacation rentals. Many of our customers have been with us for a number of years, and we are proud of those long-term customer relationships. Our office is centrally located on Lake Drive, and, as a result, we enjoy a large volume of foot traffic. To take full advantage of our location, we feature a 24/7 full-color window display of our available vacation rentals and full-time rentals.
Our Staff
Stephanie is a long time mountain resident. Stephanie is familiar with all phases of property management, keeps her fingers on the pulse of all local rental trends and property rental values. Stephanie is well liked by all of our clients!
Bambi is the newest member of our team and serves several roles:
property management part time assistant;
primarily responsible for the preparation of our flyers, (yes, she is responsible for our new and improved look);
she is responsible for the 24/7 window display.
Bambi’s artistic abilities have greatly enhanced the appearance of our flyers and advertising.
Tappi
Tappi is our in-house bookkeeper. She is here Monday through Friday.
Tappi brings a number of years of bookkeeping experience to our office. She is available to answer your bookkeeping questions and to provide itemized monthly statements of your account.
Our staff is on-call 24 hours for any emergency.
